Services
What we do.
The full range. Not every client needs all of it, and we'll tell you which parts you can skip.
Planning & Design
Everything that happens before a booking is made.
Destination matching
You describe what you want from the trip; we recommend where and when. Often it isn't the place you had in mind.
Day-by-day itineraries
Paced with unscheduled time built in, so the trip doesn't need recovering from.
Seasonality & timing counsel
Shoulder-season windows, local holidays, monsoon edges, and the two weeks a year a place is at its best.
Budget architecture
Where to spend and where it makes no difference. We'll tell you when an upgrade isn't worth it.
Booking & Logistics
Routing, reservations, and the administration around them.
Flights
Routing chosen for arrival time and connections, not fare alone. Seat selection and rebooking when weather turns.
Boutique & independent hotels
Properties we can vouch for — plus preferred-partner perks like upgrades, breakfast, and resort credits where we hold them.
Ground transport
Private transfers, rail, and whether a rental car is worth it at all.
Points & loyalty optimisation
If you're sitting on miles or hotel points, we'll tell you when using them beats paying cash.
On the Ground
Reservations, guides, and access once you arrive.
Restaurant reservations
Including tables that release sixty days ahead at 10am local time.
Experiences & private guides
Vetted private guides, chosen for expertise rather than volume.
Views, walks & quiet hours
The right hour, the quieter entrance, the viewpoint worth the detour.
In-trip support
A direct contact while you travel, including for cancellations and rebooking. How late we're reachable depends on your tier.
Specialist Support
Areas most agencies don't cover.
Travelling with pets
We've flown our own animals into several countries. We'll walk you through the process and lay out the options, including charter routes that keep a larger dog out of the cargo hold.
Entry requirements & visas
Passport validity rules, transit visas people forget, and ETA/ETIAS-style pre-authorisations.
Accessibility-conscious planning
Step-free routes, verified room layouts, mobility equipment hire, and honest terrain warnings.
Milestones & multi-generational trips
Honeymoons, big birthdays, and the trip where three generations need three different paces.
Travel insurance guidance
What to look for in a policy, and when a credit-card benefit already covers you. We advise; we don't sell policies.
In depth
Travelling with pets.
We've flown our own animals into several countries. We can't do the vet visits for you, but we can tell you what's involved, what the options are, and where it usually goes wrong.
Cabin, hold, or charter
Small dogs and cats can usually fly in the cabin on commercial routes. Larger dogs normally can't — the default is the cargo hold, and many owners aren't comfortable with that. A semi-private charter avoids it entirely. It costs considerably more, and for some animals it's the only version worth doing.
Documentation and timing
Microchip, rabies vaccination, waiting period, then certification inside a short window before departure. The order matters, and steps done out of sequence have to be repeated. We work backwards from your departure date with you.
Airline and route selection
Carriers differ on breed, crate size, and season, and some routes add an overnight in boarding that nobody planned for. We'll tell you which combinations actually work.
An honest read
Some animals shouldn't fly — age, breed, temperament, or a destination with quarantine on arrival. We'd rather say that early than help you spend six months finding out.
