A flat fee for our time, quoted before we begin. You pay airlines and hotels hotels directly, at their price. We never mark travel up, and we'll tell you when a booking earns us nothing.
The Essentials
Domestic travel, up to 5 nights, one or two destinations.
A domestic long weekend you'd rather not research yourself.

The fine print

Short, and worth reading.
- Our planning fee is what you pay us. It is separate from the cost of your travel, which you pay suppliers directly.
- We also earn commission from some hotels and suppliers. It never changes your rate — and we will tell you when a booking pays us nothing, because it often does.
- The Essentials fee is credited in full toward The Curated if you upgrade within 30 days.
- Third-party costs — government fees, USDA endorsements, visa charges, insurance premiums — are always passed through at cost, documented.
- If, after the initial consultation, we don't think we can improve on what you'd do yourself, we'll say so and refund the fee.

Things people ask.
Do I pay you, or do I pay the hotels and airlines?
Both, and the split is always clear. You pay us a planning fee for our time and judgement. You pay suppliers directly for the travel itself — we never mark up their prices.
Isn't this cheaper if I just book it myself?
Sometimes, and we'll tell you when. Where we earn our fee is on the things that are expensive to get wrong: the wrong neighbourhood, the connection that doesn't leave enough time, the restaurant that needed booking two months ago.
What happens in the initial consultation?
We talk for an hour about what you actually want from the trip — which is rarely the same as where you want to go. You'll leave that call with a direction and a realistic budget, whether or not you engage us afterward.
What happens if my flight is cancelled while I'm away?
You call or message us and we rebook it. That's true on every tier, including The Essentials — we're not going to book your flights and then be unreachable when one of them falls over. What differs is when we answer: The Essentials is business hours, The Curated is extended hours seven days a week, and The Bespoke is any hour, including the 2am rebooking. If we didn't book it, we'll still help where we can, but the airline will move faster for whoever holds the reservation.
How far in advance should I come to you?
Three to six months for international travel is comfortable. Longer for peak season, safaris, or anything involving a pet. We take last-minute work when we can genuinely still do it well.
Can you really help with taking our dog to Europe?
Yes. We've done it with our own animals into several countries, so we can walk you through the sequence — microchip, rabies titre, USDA endorsement, Animal Health Certificate — and through the flight options, including charters that avoid the cargo hold for larger dogs. It's very doable and very unforgiving of a missed date.
How do you handle our passports and personal documents?
Through an encrypted vault, reachable only by a private link we send to you. Documents are encrypted before they touch a disk, filenames reveal nothing, and we delete them once your trip is complete. We never ask for documents over email.
